Twill Cellars is a West Linn paradise located just off Southwest Borland Road, close enough to the Tualatin River to throw grapes. Owners Molly and Darrel Roby have a comfortable tasting facility and a 2.7-acre vineyard there.
Chris Dickson, who has worked at prestigious wineries from Oregon to New Zealand, is their winemaker. Dickson creates sophisticated, understated wines that are reasonably priced by using fruit from Twill’s estate vineyard and grapes sourced from organic and biodynamic growers.
