When is daylight saving time in 2025?

It will be time to move forward once more in less than a month.

On Sunday, March 9, 2025, daylight saving time will start at two in the morning.

Traditional clocks will need to be manually moved forward by one hour, although the majority of modern electronics will update automatically.

For the foreseeable future, we will continue to spring forward in March and fall back in November, despite recent attempts to stop seasonal time adjustments.

The lawmakers considered putting Oregon on a year-round standard timetable in 2024. Oregon Senate Bill 1548 was essentially killed because it passed the Senate but was never forwarded to the Oregon House of Representatives.

We will switch back to daylight saving time on Sunday, November 2.
