Last week, Prosper Portland commissioners unanimously approved a $7 million loan for a large-scale project to construct a campus for the production of clothing and footwear in Old Town.
The Mason Ehrman Building, the former headquarters of Prosper Portland, located at the intersection of Northwest Fifth Avenue and Everett Street, along with the building next to it to the south, will be partially financed by the loan.
