In the words of the weather service, “South winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 60 mph expected.”
Trees and electricity wires will be toppled by damaging winds. There will likely be some power outages. Travel will be challenging, particularly for well-known cars, the weather service said. Keep an eye out for tree limbs and other debris. If you have to drive, exercise caution.
