Update: Wind advisory affecting Jackson County Wednesday

The National Weather Service issued a revised wind advisory for Jackson County on Tuesday at 9:06 p.m., which is good for Wednesday between 1 and 7 a.m.

According to the meteorological service, “Southeast winds 20 to 25 mph with gusts up to 45 mph expected.”

“Unsecured objects will be buffeted by gusty gusts. The weather agency says that there may be a few power disruptions and the possibility of tree branches being blown down. Strong winds like these can make driving challenging, particularly for well-known cars. Be especially careful.
