At 3:15 a.m. on Wednesday, the National Weather Service issued a weather notice for the Upper Hood River Valley, predicting freezing rain through 7 a.m.
“Near freezing temperatures at the surface along with light precipitation could result in a glaze of ice on roads and elevated surfaces this morning,” according to the weather service.
United Robots offers a service called Advance Local Weather Alerts that gathers the most recent information from the National Weather Service using machine learning.
