Although Lori Smith claims that her five chickens offer therapy and emotional support, the homeowners association in her New Jersey property insists the birds must be removed.
Smith and her husband, David Miller, are being sued by the association to have the coop and chickens removed from their property because the association says the neighbors are complaining about them.
