Chicago barely missed the playoffs and finished in second place in their division last season, but they fell short of expectations. On Thursday, February 20th, at 12 p.m. PT/3 p.m. ET (3 p.m. CT), the first pitch will be televised live on MLB Network and streamed on demand.
