The National Weather Service issued an updated wind advisory for the Foothills of the Northern Blue Mountains of Oregon on Saturday at 4:20 p.m., which will remain in force until Sunday at 10 p.m.
The National Weather Service states, “South winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts between 40 and 50 mph expected for the base of the northern Blue Mountains of Oregon.”
“Unsecured objects will be buffeted by gusty gusts. According to the weather service, “a few power outages may result and tree limbs could be blown down.” Strong winds like these can make driving challenging, particularly for well-known cars. Be especially careful.
