There are plans for a boycott of non-local businesses on February 28. I should point out that several big businesses have, at least thus far, not complied with the orders of the Trump administration. For instance, a list published in Newsweek on February 19 includes companies that are maintaining diversity, equity, and inclusion practices.
For my part, I’m boycotting companies that have adopted Trump’s views, but I intend to financially and verbally support those that have not. We all possess the ability to effect the change we desire to see in the world.
