SAN FRANCISCO In a high-profile sex discrimination case against the corporation, attorneys for Nike and The Oregonian/OregonLive fought for about an hour on Wednesday in a federal courtroom in San Francisco regarding the news outlet’s continuous attempts to release additional material.
Nike’s arguments to reverse two earlier decisions in favor of The Oregonian/OregonLive and its media partners were considered by a panel of three judges at the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals.
