This season, Portland Timbers and Thorns supporters will have expanded dining options at home games.
A pickle-brined fried chicken sandwich, tuna poke bowl with mac salad, Tillamook mac & cheese with bacon and Brussels sprouts, Korean pork dumpling salad, and house-smoked loaded brisket nachos are just a few of the 2025 menu options at Providence Park.
These things are in addition to the concession stand operated by Zenner’s Sausage Company in section 99 and nearby eateries like Killer Burger, Pizzicato, and Cha Cha Cha.
Additionally, on match days for the second year in a row, the Timbers will host the Guest Chef Program, which will provide canapés prepared by Tanner Ridge area chefs. The James Beard nominees Sarah Schafer of Humble Spirit and Kari Shaughnessy of Hayward, Gabriel Rucker of Le Pigeon, Caf Olli, Kachka, Lilia Comedor, Rep blica, and Yaowarat are all on the 2025 Guest Chef roster. Later on, the complete schedule for the Guest Chef Program will be revealed.
The Timbers will host a number of special match days to commemorate their 50th season, such as Spirit of 75 Night (on June 13 against San Jose), the 10th anniversary of winning the MLS Cup celebration (on July 16 against Real Salt Lake), 50th Anniversary Night (on July 19 against Minnesota United FC), and Diego Chara Bobblehead Night (on August 16 against FC Cincinnati).
On Sunday, February 23 at 1 p.m. PT, the Timbers take on the Vancouver Whitecaps, a Cascadia Cup foe, to start the season.
