A wrongful death complaint was filed Wednesday against the federal narcotics agent, the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration, the city of Salem, and the state Department of Justice by the family of a lady who was murdered when the agent ran a stop sign and struck her as she was riding her bicycle in Salem.
Due to injuries she received in the crash on March 28, 2023, Marganne M. Allen, 53, passed away.
