After 80 years of serving as a destination for generations of quilters, knitters, and craft enthusiasts, fabric and crafts shop Joann Inc. is closing all of its locations and going out of business.
The store, situated in Hudson, Ohio, made the announcement after declaring Chapter 11 bankruptcy for the second time in a year in January. Inventory shortages and weak consumer demand were noted. It promised to keep all of its stores open at the moment.
