With at least five three-pointers in a game, Portland Trail Blazers player Anfernee Simons has equaled CJ McCollum for the second-most games.
Simons scored 25 points and made five of ten three-pointers in the Blazers’ historic 141-88 victory over the Charlotte Hornets at the Moda Center on Saturday night.
Simons tied McCollum, who spent nine seasons with the Blazers before being moved to New Orleans in 2022, with 62 such games.
Simons made at least five on Saturday for the ninth time this season. He has achieved his season-high of eight on two occasions.
Damian Lillard, the franchise leader, made five or more three-pointers in 160 games, and Simons has a long way to go to catch up.
With 912 career three-pointers, Simons ranks third among all Blazers players. He lags behind Lillard (2,387) and McCollum (1,297).
