With freezing rain, snow, and ice predicted for the morning commute, almost all Portland school districts canceled classes for the second consecutive day on Friday.
Although Portland Public Schools announced that it will close on Friday, the district said it would assess the weather during the day before deciding on high school festivities planned for Friday night.
